Some Guy Bought A 17 Pound Lobster And Released It

I'm not sure if you would call this guy a hero or not, but Don Mackenzie went into some restaurant in Long Island and bought a 17 pound lobster and released it into the wild. I mean, I don't know. Thanks I guess? The lobster was like 80 years old so probably would have tasted like ass, but man that could have fed a lot of homeless people or something. Instead somebody else is going to catch it and lock it in an an aquarium. So you really are delaying the inventible Don.

I will say that Kristen Eighme, the manager at The Dock Restaurant who is holding that giant lobster, she's pretty cute. They should have written the story on her instead. Now I'm interested.

Hot Greek Women Athlete Cut From Olympics For Racist Tweet

My people are really sucking it up lately. Being of Greek heritage is not as noble as it once was. Where have you been the last couple thousand years guys? Now the country is in shambles and is about to go broke, you would think that the Olympics would be a time filled with pride, since the Greeks invented it. Not so much.

Greek lady Olympian Voula Papachristou screwed that up when tweeting racist comments and was removed from the Olympics by the Hellenic Olympic Committee. Thanks Voula. She was supposed to take part in the Women's Triple Jump amongst other events but had to go ahead and mock African immigrants.

To top it all off that she's "wicked hot". She should have been strutting her stuff and bringing it instead she sucks and is now at home self medicating with boxes of chocolate. Thanks for nothing. You ruined it for all of us.

This is what she had to say about the whole situation via USA Today:

"I have not slept at all and to be honest I am still trying to come to terms with what has happened," she told Reuters. "I am trying to stay calm otherwise I would lose control.

"I am thankful to my coach and family and so many other people who have stuck by me.... After so many years of hurt and sacrifices to try and get to my first Olympics I am very bitter and upset. But what has upset me the most is the excessive reaction and speed of the disciplinary decision.

"I don't know if they want to make an example out of me because of my profile, this is for others to judge, but what I believe is that they used their maximum disciplinary power on me for this," Papachristou said. "They went straight to the final stage in excluding me from the team, which was highly excessive."

Whether you agree with the severity of her punishment or not for what she said, it's Twitter, we can all see you Voula. Don't say things out loud so the world can see it if you don't want to deal with the aftermath. I'm not going to post it here, you can go search for it yourselves.

This Guy Makes Coffee Seem Like Science

This guy is either a wizard or he is wasting all of our time. My guess is that he is wasting our time but I like his concentration as he taps a spoon on the bottom of a full cup of spinning coffee. If I knew about this in junior high school I would have killed at the science fair and also been really wide awake at the same time.

A Bear Next To A Dumpster Is Given A Ladder

I wasn't really sure what this video was going to be when I clicked on the link. All I saw in the still was a dumpster and a bear sitting next to it looking fairly bewildered. Next a pick up truck shows up with person in the bed cradling a ladder. Now we're talking. Check the video below to see how this one plays out.

Peyton Manning Goes Audible Crazy In The Buick Verano

Hailing from the Boston area, I am a huge New England Patriots fan, but first and foremost I am a fan of the NFL. Peyton Manning is quarterback legend and watching his battles on field with Tom Brady have been some of the most memorable games.

Seeing Peyton Manning call audibles at the line is scary enough for any NFL defense, but what if he was also doing it in his car on the way to the field. Find out below in this commercial for the Buick Verano

"The Star Wars That I Used To Know" Gotye Parody

I meant to put this up like eleventeen weeks ago but for some reason forgot and now it has been sitting in draft. This is what happens when you try and post at 3am and are falling asleep on your laptop. Anyway, a great parody of the still popular Gotye song Somebody That I Used To Know except is geek friendly because it involves Star Wars. Look at the guy playing Lucas. Dig it.

Chocolate Rain's Tay Zonday Says "Call Me, Maybe?"

This guy is such a champ. You would remember Tay Zonday from his deep ass rendition of Chocolate Rain. He's done a bunch of covers since then, his latets is Carly Rae Jespen's, Call Me Maybe. I have to admit I can't get her version out of my head and now everybody and their mother is concocting their own versions. Go deep with Zonday's below.

This Dude Loves Snapbacks

The flat brimmed snapback hat is back and there is nothing any of us can do about it. If you can pull off the look it's a great hat, if you can't like me, you either look like a pedophile or a half wit. This dude in the below video really likes snapbacks. So much that he's being used by some website I have never heard of as part of a viral marketing campaign. Got to get the papers I guess, am I right?

Azealia Banks - Liquorice Video

I've never heard of this fine lady but I dig her whole situation. Her voice is as if you took Missy Elliott and Aaliyah and whipped them in a blender. Her look is Eve (Remember Her?) combined with a pinch of Niki Minaj. Watch the video below so you can all agree with everything I've said.

Burger King Goes BBQ & Bacon Sundae

Burger King getting crushed by McDonalds and now even Wendys in the burger fastfood standings have caused desperate measured from the self proclaimed "King Of Burgers". First Burger King decided to introduce some new menu items exactly like McDonalds with wraps and frappes, now they are tugging on your summer heart strings with some BBQ options.

Frozen lemonade, sweet potato fries, and a pulled pork sandwiches have joined the fledgling Burger King menu. Unlike the first move virtually copying McDonalds, this 2nd strike is much more pleasing to me. What you can't see in the above photo is that they are also offering up a bacon sundae but I have it for you below.

Bacon sundae? Now you're just getting ridiculous BK.
