Heroic Women Of 2013 Commercial Gets Me Everytime

Have you guys seen this one yet? It's a commercial celebrating the bravest women of 2013 and man is it a great commercial. The music, the images, the women and what they accomplished. I'm not an emotional guy but every time I watch it I am almost ready to find out what crying feels like.

These heroic women show what spirit, courage, and perseverance can achieve. May their bravery inspire us in 2014 and beyond.

Old Spice has done some really interesting ad campaigns but their newest really freaked me out. A bunch of moms singing about their boys growing up with some odd "special effects" that might have been inspired by any of your typical exorcism flicks. Check it out below, you've been warned.

"The Simpsons" Lego House Is Awesome

I've loved Legos & Playmobil ever since I discovered they were a thing. Since I am a 34 year old adult I don't still own even one lego brick or spiky bowl haircut Playmobil character. However, if it were still socially acceptable for me to play with such toys, I would. Especially now that I have found out Lego is introducing a Simpsons House.

The Simpsons House is set to be released to the masses of every Springfield in America along with every other city and town in April. Containing 2,523 pieces the set will retail for $150 - $200. Photo below.

I am probably like the millions of others out there who are very addicted to coffee. One cup just isn't enough. I'm not a coffee snob, like many Bostonians I'm fine with my go to coffee house better known as Dunkin Donuts. I don't need to go to Starbucks and have a banana blonde latte to be satisfied. Not that there is anything wrong with Starbucks, it's just not an every day thing for me.

New HTC Commercial Featuring Robert Downey Jr. - Here's To Change

The latest and biggest marketing blitz from the 17 year old smartphone savvy company HTC involves Iron Man himself Robert Downey Jr. The $1 Billion campaign has kicked off with a 2 minute plus commercial featuring Downey and Jon Polito (The Big Lebowski, Barton Fink) brainstorming on what HTC actually stands for.

"Humongous Tinfoil Catamaran? Hipster Troll Carwash? Hot Tea Catapult? Hold This Cat?"

The 1st phase focuses more on brand recognition where stage 2 and 3 of the marketing campaign will pinpoint the actual product.

Sean Penn Works Out And He Wants You To Look At It

Sean Penn is one hell of an actor. The guy has chops. He seems like a quirky dude and gets some bad press once in awhile, but as long as he brings it on screen I can accept some pomposity. Not only can the guy dominate on screen but apparently he likes the gym as evidenced by the below photo set. Maybe he thinks they are filming Pain & Gain 2?

Either he's hitting it hard or the guy should be suspended by Major League Baseball for using P.E.D.s, although I don't think Penn would appeal it. He would just rip your face off and bench you.

Rihanna Celebrates Her Culture & We Celebrate Her Costume

Apparently Rihanna is a native of Barbados, I  never really thought about where hailed from. Once a year she heads home for what is called the Crop Over Festival. Part of that festival is the annual Grand Kadooment parade. I found this so interesting I looked it up.
