When legions of monstrous creatures, known as Kaiju, started rising from the sea, a war began that would take millions of lives and consume humanity's resources for years on end. To combat the giant Kaiju, a special type of weapon was devised: massive robots, called Jaegers, which are controlled simultaneously by two pilots whose minds are locked in a neural bridge. But even the Jaegers are proving nearly defenseless in the face of the relentless Kaiju. "Man Of Steel" Trailer Gets The Minecraft Treatment

The internet marketing experts found hiding within the bowels of internet forums and comment sections have had quite a history of ripping into the marketing for Man Of Steel.

"It's not enough!"

"It's too much marketing!"

"The posters have too much lens flare!"

I would have to agree on the posters, but any of the video related marketing has been highly effective. The Brothers Warner has hit all the right notes in the Trailers & TV Spots. It's an emotional fueled Superman caught up in a onslaught of high octane action.

"Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes" Set Photos

I was skeptical when I heard they were making an apes prequel with James Franco, in fact, I thought it would completely suck. Not sure if it was my low expectations or just the fact that it was a well done movie, but I really enjoyed Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes.

I now have a much different state of mind going into Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes and am expecting something on par with the first at the very least. SUPERHEROHYPE has some early set photos from the sequel. A sample of them are below.

Set Pics of Gareth Edward's GODZILLA. SPOILERS: Japanese People Run from Godzilla

Godzilla-Movies has gotten some set pictures from YVRShoots that show us what is sure to be some haunting imagery or a potent scene in the movie, if Gareth Edward's bring his air from Monsters into the film.

Godzilla crew remade Steveston's Japanese Cultural Centre/Martial Arts Centre into the JanJira International School for filming on Wednesday, adding fake pink cherry blossoms to the east side of the trees outside and parking a prop Japanese school bus and giant blue screen on the west side where the camera would focus. Dozens of child extras dressed in school uniforms practiced running out of the centre into the bus or towards Moncton Street. And had fun doing it. It's not clear where the monster is in this scene because it's unlikely they would run towards it.

The king of all monsters gets a reboot with this Warner Bros./Legendary Pictures production helmed by Gareth Edwards, who gained critical attention with his intimate twist on the giant-creature genre with his feature-film debut, Monsters. Frank Darabont (The Mist) and Max Borenstein provide the script

Man Of Steel TV Spot 7

A ton of new Man of Steel TV spots were uploaded online yesterday via camera phones that people caught on their televisions during commercial breaks. WB is finally giving us the good quality versions, releasing only two of them so far. Here is the 7th spot and it looks like the action is going to completely satisfy anyone with a tiny bit of excitement for this movie. Hopefully the overall story is just as satisfying as well.

Another little goodie popped up onine this morning to add to all the new footage. Check out this life size statue of Cavill as Superman with comic artist David Finch.
