White Collar Season 3 Finale Promo

This is one of the best shows currently airing in my view, it's light and fun but has a heartbeat and a serious side, it's essentially the premise of the end "Catch Me if you Can" in TV form.

Next week sees the finale of season 3 and could well be a pivotal episode for the show as Neal faces his hearing to see if his ankle tracker will be removed. The option of simply extending Neal's probation will allow the show to keep going as it is, but if they are bold in how this plays out it can keep the show fresh and continue to allow the characters to evolve.

Clone Wars Season 4 Nightsister - Darth Maul Arc Trailer

If you're a Star Wars fan, even if you don't follow the Clone Wars animated show (you should), you need to see this!

This is Star Wars at it's epic best and shows the return of arguably the franchise's third most marketable character, which is amazing given he has all of three lines in the only movie he was in.

The arc begins tonight on Cartoon Network, check local listings.

Chill Out, Internet – Community Returns Next Month

In what will surely send Twitter into overload, Dan Harmon has twittered Community will grace NBC stations or Hulu if you're like many and wait till the next day to catch it on March 15.

Beyond that, the fate of the cult-favorite comedy is anyone's guess. Best enjoy what's in front of you from here on, regardless of its fate past May, and stop your bitching about NBC yanking it off air. Not the first time, or last, a show us nerds loved that got no love from its own network or the Nielsens.

    Clone Wars Darth Maul Teaser!

He's back on the big screen in 3D right now and one of the most popular characters from A Galaxy Far Far Away will come to the small screen this March when he is resurrected in the Clone Wars animated show.

Maul will feature in the 4 part arc that closes out season 4 and the big speculation regards whether he will return with mechanical legs as depicted in an expanded universe story, whatever the case may be he certainly seems angry at the Jedi, unsurprisingly since Obi Wan sliced him in half.

    DC Nation Premieres March 3rd

    All-New Hour-Long Block Premieres Saturday, March 3 at 10 a.m. (ET, PT)

Cartoon Network, Warner Bros. Animation and DC Entertainment are teaming up to present DC Nation, a full hour of exclusive kids’ television programming and shorts based on DC Comics characters. Full of action and humor, DC Nation brings some of the most beloved and legendary heroes — as well as some lesser-known cult favorites — from the pages of DC Comics to the screens of a whole new generation of fans. Anchored by Green Lantern: The Animated Series and Young Justice, DC Nation will premiere Saturday, March 3, at 10 a.m. (ET, PT).

Green Lantern: The Animated Series debuted in November 2011 on Cartoon Network as a special one-hour movie event and was greeted with much critical acclaim: Variety lauded the “beautifully rendered” series for its “bold, sleek design.” Now fans can experience the series again from the very beginning. With stunning, stylized CG animation, Green Lantern: The Animated Series takes viewers on a journey of cosmic proportions as Hal Jordan and his band of heroes fight to save the universe.

The second half hour of DC Nation will be comprised of new episodes of Young Justice, a series which Entertainment Weekly called a “super-ior cartoon” with “a good dose of super-hero action.” The series continues with more adventures for Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Superboy, Miss Martian and Artemis as they continue to try to prove themselves as superheroes while dealing with all the pitfalls of being teenagers.

Rounding out this branded block of original programming will be a number of shorts featuring DC Comics super heroes and characters as you have never seen them before. With fresh designs and concepts, fan favorites such as Plastic Man and Doom Patrol will finally take center stage next to the likes of Wonder Woman and Teen Titans. Bringing them to life will be the result of a collaboration with some of the top talents in the animation industry, which include award-winning Aardman Studios (Arthur Christmas, Wallace and Gromit) with its stop-motion clay animation techniques, and the unique direction and character designs of Lauren Faust (The Powerpuff Girls, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic). In addition to these shorts, DC Nation will also feature event programming, interstitials, exclusive behind-the-scenes looks at theatrical motion pictures and an insider look into the world of all things DC Comics.

    Stephen Amell Is Green Arrow

Deadline has the reveal of our new Green Arrow and it's Stephen Amell. I'm not familiar with the actor, but I do know some of the shows he's been in which include 9012, The Vampire Diaries (both are CW programs), HBO's Hung, and Private Practice for ABC.

While Justin Hartley's portrayal of the character for Smallville was a bit more clean cut, it looks like Amell could really pull of the rugged style that Oliver Queen is known for. I assumed the twirled mustache and pointed goatee would be gone and understandably so. He very much resembles the newly relaunched version of the character in DC's new 52.

A modern retelling of the story of DC Comics character Green Arrow, he will play the vigilante superhero who fights crime using archery, martial arts and technology under his secret identity as Oliver Queen, a wealthy playboy and billionaire industrialist-turned-outspoken politician in Star City.

X-Factor Fires a Bunch of People – America Shrugs

According to Entertainment Gossip Bitches (Take your pick), everyone in the picture above who isn't Simon Cowell or the black guy (I kid - music producer L.A. Reid) won't be back for the second season of X-Factor, the over-hyped singing competition show pretending like there was no such thing as American Idol before it.

Is anyone truly incensed by this? Back during Cowell and Paula Abdul's judging duties on Idol, there were always rumors, like clockwork, about how Paula was getting fired and how she and Simon were at each other's throats (Ryan Seacrest's too). Such over-thinking on throwing hosts and judges out the door and yet the simplest solution is looking straight in their face, and they either can't see it or won't acknowledge it.

It was stupid to have singing competition shows all year long. As useless as their winners have been (Hasn't been a champion to have a legit career since Carrie Underwood - eight years ago), it was a yearly tradition for people to click on American Idol in January and after crowning a winner in May, take the rest of the year off to cool down and get it out of your system. Nobody wants to see that 12 months a year and especially with Idol without Cowell's venomous, but generally on the money, criticisms, and judged by people who can't afford to be truthful because they still have a PR image to maintain and albums to sell.

Why does Fox think their ratings are down big time this year?

Dwight Centered Office Spin-Off In Development – Really, NBC?

While they put on their best brave face and confidentially spoke of the infinite story possibilities, you just know everyone knew The Office was never going to be the same. The moment Steve Carell confessed in the spring of 2010 the (then) forthcoming seven season for the hit NBC comedy was his swan-song, we all speculated that perhaps the showrunners would have the good sense to let the series end as its lead character, Carell's kind-hearted doofus Michael Scott, walked off into the sunset to begin his new life with the love of his life Holly (Amy Ryan).

But then we snapped out of that idealistic delusion of grandeur and realized this is NBC we're talking about; once the #1 rated network on television now reduced to having its ass handed to it by the likes of A&E, Univison and MTV (to name a few cable channels). No, we were stuck with a comedy without its protagonist to anchor on and no viable B-plots (Jim and Pam now have two children and, as much as they try, the Andy/Erin love-woes ain't cutting the mustard) to keep us watching anymore.

Now NBC, as reports "TOLDJA," so needy for programming they're leaning on an, that's right, Office spin-off. One that will serve as a vehicle centered on the odd-ball, but dedicated, salesman Dwight Schrute, as played by Rainn Wilson.

Let's just put aside not only how desperate this comes off and how far too late into the series' run this is. Just think to yourself. Is there anything else left to be said or done with Dwight as a character (as brilliant as he is portrayed by Wilson) that requires now an entire half-hour comedy where he is the primary focus?

If all works out (and again...this is NBC we're talking about; they need the programming so it will most likely go down), the untitled Office spin-off would premiere in the midseason 2013 season.
