    One, Two, Freddy's Coming For You

    Just as our favorite hockey masked slasher is about to hit the big screen another one of our slasher friends is making headlines. Michael Bay's Platinum Dunes & New Line are in the midst of promoting Jason Vorhees return in their remake of Friday The 13th but they still have had some time for Freddy Krueger.

    Just yesterday Hollywood Reporter's Risky Biz Blog reported that music video director Samuel Bayer would be directing the upcoming installment of A Nightmare on Elm Street. Now El Mayimbe of Latino Review is reporting that they just might have found their Freddy.

    You know who Platinum Dunes is looking at for the role of Freddy Krueger?

    Isn't this the dude who was in a version of "Bad News Bears"? El Mayimbe makes a crack that Haley looks like Vic from Screenrant, maybe they should give Vic a call to stand in as a stunt double.
