Jonah Hill Flips Through A "Handbook"

The good people at Variety are reporting that Universal Pictures has thrown down seven figures for a script called "The Adventurer's Handbook". The comedy already has Jonah Hill and Jason Schwartzmen and production is slated to begin in later in 2009.

"The Adventurer's Handbook" is a comedy in which a quartet of pals go on a global adventure, inspired by the hardcore stories of explorers whose tales are chronicled in Conefrey's book.

Hill continues to make a name for himself in the world that is comedic film. Michael Cera is following a similar path and I hope the two can avoid becoming yesterday's news and succumbing to "Ben Stiller Syndrome". I is hard to fathom that these two would ever become unfunny and repetative but stranger things have happened, just ask "The Heartbreak Kid".
