    JACK RYAN Has A Poster; Chris Pine Looks Fittingly Sad

    The first poster for the new Jack Ryan film, Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, found it's way online today, sadly on the tail of author and creator of the Jack Ryan character, Tom Clancy, passing away.

    The first trailer for the film also premiers tomorrow, in which you can expect Chris Pine to look really dashing and sexy, shooting people, and probably Kevin Costner looking really stern.

    In a story taking place prior to the original Jack Ryan stories, Ryan is a young stock broker working for a billionaire in Moscow before joining the CIA. When the billionaire he is advising frames him for a terrorist plot and kidnaps his wife, Ryan must race against time to clear his name, stop the plot, and save his wife.

    Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit stars Chris Pine (Star Trek, This Means War) Keira Knightley (Anna Karenina, Pirates of the Caribbean), Kevin Costner (Man of Steel, The Guardian), and Kenneth Branagh (Wild Wild West, Hamlet) who is also directing the film, which comes out December 25 2013.
