Excerpt From Marc Guggenheim's Flash Script Leaks On Twitter

Latino-Review's scoop crusader Umberto "El Mayimbe" Gonzalez caused a small stir on Twitter this afternoon when he released a screen cap via HIS INSTAGRAM of a script excerpt featuring The Flash.
When I first read the exceprt I thought it was from the upcoming Flash television series but the format wasn't for television and I then realized I had read it previously. Upon further investigation I reminded myself it was was from Marc Guggenheim's 2011 Flash script simply titled The Flash. In fact, it was from the 3rd page, which I've included in it's entirety below.
I'm not quite sure what the end game was in regards to posting the excerpt. It was being played off as a "scoop" but I'm not sure if the insinuation was that it was from Batman Vs Superman, a new Justice League, or a new Flash film. Websites started running the story claiming they had sources who confirmed it was Batman vs Superman & David Goyer's The Flash. That's incorrect.
Guggenheim and Michael Green are the credited as writers and both have story credits; along with Greg Berlanti. I have read this version and David Goyer's October 2006 draft and in my opinion; Marc Guggenheim's is the superior read. I was told by my peeps over at Warner Bros that they did really love the script, I'm not sure of the reasons behind not putting it into production.
