    The Avengers is being shot in 3D

    According to Showbiz411 comes some completely un-shocking news, Joss Whedon’s The Avengers will be shot in 3D. I guess this is a step up from Thor and Cap, seeing as they're both being converted in post production, but did any of these films really need to be in 3D to begin with?

    That stupid bastard James Cameron as royally fucked things up in Hollywood with his "epic" re-introduction of 3D in movies. Now every thing form comedies to horror, and especially action/comic book films are being released in 3D. Thanks so much James!

    The avengers which comes out May 2012 starts production in February and stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Samuel L. Jackson, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, and Mark Ruffalo.
