Movie Moan - Grandpa Joe Exposed

On this week's show we are delighted to be joined by writer and film critic Matt Patches for one of the most random and enlightening shows we've ever done:-

4:05 mins - Defending the first Mission Impossible movie, what Dr. Seuss cartoon movie will come down the pipe next, Universal's birthday, Nicktoons, and Fred.

11:10 mins - Jamie gives his thoughts on the recently updated 'crap read' (meaning it's something you read on the crapper, not a crap book) 'Tales From Development Hell: The Greatest Sci Fi Movies Never Made'.

19:55 mins - A post mortem on this year's Oscars.

29:30 mins - Our thoughts on the latest trailer for 'The Avengers'.

37:10 mins - Phil's thoughts on the trailer for 'Frankenweenie' quickly dissolve into an angry court battle between him and Jamie as the latter tries to expose Joseph Bucket (aka Grandpa Joe) for the lazy shitbag fake cripple and domestic abuser that he is in 'Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory'.

45:35 mins - The Moan of the Week - Joe Cornish's 'Attack The Block'.

I just wanna address the comments that were made to Jamie a couple of weeks ago. The reason I singled out Jamie was because he went all apeshit on The Amazing Spider-Man trailer. Yes I know everyone was in agreement like Phil said but Jamie was just attacking the fanboys for saying it was the Spider-man movie they've always wanted. It seemed to piss off Jamie for some reason. So no hard feelings Jamie.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought the Skrulls(with Loki) were confirmed as the villains for "The Avengers".
