Spider-Man Searching for Some Young-Uns

Everyone can stop biting their fingernails regarding the major casting-plays on Spider-Man. We have a new web-slinger (Andrew Garfield), a baddie (Rhys Ifans as the Lizard) and a female lead to cocktease our hero (Emma Stone as Gwen Stacey).
There are still more roles to be cast as production quickly approaches its December start like J. Jonah Jameson, Aunt May and so forth. Movie Hole says the filmmakers are in search of two youngsters – one for li'l Petey Parker and the other for Dr. Connors' boy, Billy.
There must be a flashback where he's first adopted by Uncle Ben and Aunt May since they're eyeing a 4-to-6 year old. Perhaps it's a scene where the doomed, but benevolent Unc first lectures Peter on "With great power comes great responsibly?" No clue, just thinking out loud here, kiddos.
Apparently, young Mr. Connors is a cancer survivor in the comics. Maybe he'll be the driving force behind dear old dad's mutation. AKA his search for a cure leads to a "science experiment gone horribly wrong"and thus the Lizard is born. Not that we've seen done in a Spider-Man movie before.
