Harry Potter Borrows a Time-Turner
Does anyone remember when the Harry Potter cast was this little? It's hard to believe that it's been more than ten years since 11-year-old Daniel Radcliffe, 10-year-old Emma Watson, and 12-year-old Rupert Grint were introduced to the world as the stars of the first Harry Potter film. Only four of the books had been published at the time and some feared that they would outgrow their roles before the remaining books could be written to make movies out of. Other pessimistic types even warned that they would surely go the way of too many kid actors and end up in rehab before even reaching their final showdown with Voldemort.
Well, luckily none of that ever happened. We've had the pleasure of watching the young Harry Potter cast grow up through an entire kickass film series and graduate from Hogwarts to become successful young adults - with Dan currently singing and dancing on Broadway, Emma becoming a modelling star for Lancome, and Rupert working on a number of film projects as well.
With the final film just a few weeks away, FilmSchoolRejects has posted a video of the kids' first screen test together and look at their wizarding adventures through the years. Natually, it also serves as a big trailer for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II, which opens on July 15.
