First Full Trailer "The Social Network"

Columbia picture has finally released a trailer for the social network with actual footage from the film. I'd say it's about damn time! The first two trailer showed relatively nothing, as amusing and even interesting as they were, this served the movie much better. It looks like David Fincher has done something very unique and unexpected with what could have a been a very boring and unoriginal idea. Essentially this is a biography, but unlike most biography's this shows the people in question in an unflattering light to say the least.

The Social Network is based in part on the book The Accidental Billionaires. It chronicles the formative days of Facebook, from its founding in Mark Zuckerberg’s Harvard dorm room through its early rise to success. It hits theaters this October.
