Movie Moan - The Summer 2013 Box Office Results Spectacular

Does this show need a long winded blurb?
I don't think it does. So join me, Mr. Box Office.com Shawn Robbins, and the new challenger Ed Douglas as we battle through the closest race that has ever been run in all the years we've been doing our Box Office specials.
And for those of you who predicted on the web, you don't need a pen and paper handy as the scores will be on the screen after we discuss each film. The audio version is below but I do thoroughly recommend that you watch this week's show in video.
Now let us see who is right, and who is dead.

Great work on the video, as always, Phil! I hope you're able to do a winter predictions show, because I think this holiday season could be a lot of fun to prognosticate. Lots of movies could go either way, box office-wise. So hopefully Jamie's back to his regular schedule by the next couple of months. In the meantime, I know you'll do a more than capable job as the solo host. I believe in you, Phil!
Can't believe you included my quote about Star Trek, lol. I should probably mention I'm one of the very few people who didn't like the first Star Trek movie and found it very overrated, hence my lower-ball prediction than others, well, except for Shawn. ;)
Great show! I didn't see many of the movies this summer but it looks like I didn't miss all that much. And yes, I echo Brett's sentiment, please keep the box office shows coming.
I forgot to say I can't believe I tied for first place, yay! I'm okay with the tie if A to the H is.
Btw Phil, I do hope you do a winter's prediction show because one of the biggest movies of the year will be out this winter, Catching Fire, so you all have to predict that one. It's the sequel to a $400+ million movie, after all.
Another great show. I loved the Highlander opening and the Flash Gordon closing was good too. Congrats to Shelly and AtotheH on their win. It was also really cool to see all of the web players' names in the credits. Nice touch there.
I look forward to the Winter show, if you're able to do it. Glad to hear that Jamie will be back sooner than expected.
Great show once again, loved seeing my name with Princess of the Universe playing. It was too bad that we didn't have Jamie this time, I would have liked to hear that 4 hour version, but it still turned out great. Hopefully he returns soon. Congratulations to shelly and A2THEH for winning.
And one more thing, to whoever said F&F7 was going to make more money overseas next year (I think it was Shawn or Ed)....NO WAY. Assuming it doesn't change it's release date and/or doesn't get delayed internationally it's going to lose a lot of business to the World Cup next year, not to mention that Transformers 4 is going to get the upper hand by being more family friendly (which will still underperform overseas...BUT will be saved by the chinese grosses).
@shelly I'm ok with a tie. It's fair.
Great show guys! It's ironic that this Summer prediction show I didn't feel confident yet I got more right compared to the last 2 summer prediction shows. :P
I also gotta admit that I actually missed Jamie.
Only 2 points this time, sadness! I did much better during "The Winter Games." I hope you have a Winter Games this year!
Stop talking shit about Americans. Your getting too comfortable with it.
Its easy to talk trash about my country when theres not an American there to knock your ass out. Watch your step fantasy boy. Don't be a habitual line stepper.
