Movie Moan: Never Say Bieber Again

The Movie Moan team (Phil, Queen Kristina, Lou & Jamie) get so off-topic that even Justin Bieber and his alleged punching a fan is discussed.

Besides that, the guys talk about the week in movie-news. The Hobbit is shockingly greenlit, although nobody is buying its proposed February 2011 start and not enthused about Peter Jackson directing. Tom Hardy is the first new addition to Batman 3. Rhys Ifans has been confirmed to play the villain in the Spider-Man reboot, and the baddie in question is the Lizard. Will this be a live-action version of the '94 animated series? James Cameron has proven naysayers wrong so many times, why not direct the remake to one of the biggest flops of all-time Cleopatra (and in 3D!)

All of that, plus why Phil does watch TV, Mr. Plinkett, what Dr. Claw really looked like (read: not like Rupert Everett) and why Darth Vader was so damn nice to Boba Fett.

I love "A Bit of Fry and Laurie". It's on Instant Watch for Netflix, and worth checking out.

Oh, and Jaime, I"m totally with you on Mad Men and 30 Rock. And when John Hamm shows up on 30 Rock, hilarity ensues.

Tom Hardy as the new District Attorney in Batman 3 actually makes sense. I never thought about it.

The Hobbit green lit who cares anymore?!

I saw the new Mr Plinkett trailer about those creatures. It was hilarious! XD
