WWE Announces The WWE Network; 24/7 Streaming Service

Last night at CES in Las Vegas, WWE have finally announced their Video On-Demand, 24/7 Streaming Service appropriately titled the "WWE Network", set to launch on February 24th 2014.

The WWE Network is a revolutionary service for fans of wrestling as it contains over 1,500 hours of old wrestling content owned by the WWE such as a plethora of old WWE, WCW, WWF and ECW PPVs and events spanning over decades of wrestling history.

The WWE Network is also a 24/7 streaming service offering live broadcasts of RAW, Smackdown, NXT, E!'s Total Divas, every single monthly WWE PPV as well as original content such as "WWE Countdown" and "WWE Legends House" which was filmed in 2011, when the WWE Network was originally set to launch. In addition to live streaming content, the WWE Network apps (available on PC, Android, Xbox, Playstation, Roku and more) will offer the weekly shows and PPVs almost immediately after they are On-Demand for no additional costs.

The WWE Network will currently only be available on launch for United States citizens. However, it is planning to slowly roll out internationally by early 2015. The WWE Network is available for a flat monthly cost of 9.99$ (including tax where applicable). However, you must agree to a six-month billing commitment with the WWE Network.
