The Muppets Trailer (Seriously, the real one!)

First they spoofed romantic comedies. Then it was The Hangover. This past weekend, it was the Green Lantern's turn. Finally, we now have the official trailer for The Muppets, which opens in theaters this Thanksgiving.
Mahna-Mahna! Haha...this looks like it will be a nice mix of (hopefully) introducing the characters to a new generation of fans, as well as a welcome, long overdue return of the Muppets for those of us who grew up with The Muppets. I even had a Pigs in Space lunchbox in first grade.
The Muppets opens in theaters on November 23.

As much as I appreciate what Segal & company are trying to do, for me, there can be no Muppets and certainly no Kermit the Frog, so long as Jim Henson remains dead. Henson was far too integral a figure, and attempts to impersonate/replicate his characterizations fall flat, and are, quite frankly, offensive.
I don't think anyrhing is wrong with segal doing muppets.
