New Trailer 'The Adjustment Bureau'
Universal Pictures has released the trailer for writer/director George Nolfi's The Adjustment Bureau, starring Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, Anthony Mackie, John Slattery, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Michael Kelly and Terence Stamp. Opening September 17th, the film is based on a short story by Philip K. Dick.
In the film, ambitious politician David Norris (Damon), on the brink of winning a seat in the U.S. Senate, meets beautiful contemporary ballet dancer Elise Sellas (Blunt) - a woman like none he's ever known. But just as he realizes he's falling for her, mysterious men conspire to keep the two apart.
David learns he is up against the agents of Fate itself--the men of The Adjustment Bureau--who will do everything in their considerable power to prevent David and Elise from being together. In the face of overwhelming odds, he must either let her go and accept a predetermined path...or risk everything to defy Fate and be with her.
I love Matt Damon as much as the next action junkie, but are you not feeling refreshed to see him in something other then a Jason Bourne/military type film, I am.
This looks like something that was much needed for Damon's career, especially after the shaky cam well intentioned, but crappy over all Green Zone.

fucker, takes all the good roles
This looks really good! Jason Bourne was cool, but that gets old after a while
