Batman 3 Announcement expected in July at ComicCon

Jett of BOF is reporting from a "reliable source", that tells him we should be hearing an official announcement on Batman 3 come this July at Comic Con, It will likely be after the release of Nolan's 'Inception' on July 16th.
The Dark Knight' was officially announced right after Comic Con 2006. The press release included the title of the film, the casting of Heath Ledger as The Joker, confirmation that director Chris Nolan was back on board, and news that the BATMAN BEGINS sequel would be a Summer 2008 release.
Nolan will be doing press for inception staring in June which should carry through right to the middle of July. I expect he'll have plenty of Batman as well as Superman related questions thrown at him then.

thats funny a reliable source? BOF just posted the same fuckin story buddy, nice try.
Batmanfan do you not think that more then just the all magical and wonderful Bill Ramey of BatmanOnFilm could possibly have sources related to WB or even DC?? Grow up.
I've been dying to hear something about Batman, I won't hold my breath for casting, but a title and a release date would be amazing!
Finally something will be coming on Batman!! its been forever since weve heard anything, july couldnt be any further away :(
I had never seen a batman movie until Batman Begins, I watched that and the Dark knight, and now I see why the hardcore fans are so happy with it now lol.
i heard the riddler and catwoman are the villains, is that true?
Any casting you've heard for Batman 3 to date, would all be rumor. That's not to say it won't turn out to be true, but it should be considered rumor until an announcement is made.
@ BatmanFan
I think you need to pump the brakes a little bit. Jamie and myself are friendly with Jett, writers on our site wouldn't waste time trying to "steal" his stories and claim them to be our own when we have our own sources.
Mitch happened to have a similar source, and obviously there is credit up there now. So...nice try?
Sorry,
Jumped the gun, I hate when sites steal info from one another with out any regard and clain it as their own. I happen to like the articles you've been posting Mitch, Keep it up.
Thank you for reading the articles.
I wouldn't "steal" stories like Peter said, from any other sites and claim them as our own, the same can be said for any of our writers.
It's about damn time.
