    Is Jessica Biel 'Thor'-Bound?

According to NukeTheFridge.com, sources from "deep within" have told them Jessica Biel is "in talks about joining the cast of 'Thor.'"

The site says Biel, 27, would play Thor's love interest -- possibly "Amora, The Enchantress" or "Sif."

There was no mention in the story as to whether this would affect Natalie Portman's alleged involvement in the movie.

Biel has previous experience playing a character in a comic book movie: as Abigail Whistler in 2004's "Blade: Trinity."

"Thor" is slated to be released May 20, 2011 (a date that is subject to change). Marvel will self-finance the film, with distribution to be handled by Paramount Pictures.

Biel is an underrated actress IMO, and would make an excellent Sif. I hope they save The Enchantress for the sequel :).

Biel would also bring some much needed star power

Wow, she has really grown up since 7th Heaven. In my opinion she fills the bill of an Enchantress to a 'T'. Perhaps better than Natalie Portman would.

Hmmm, they have a 'release date' already but not a firm cast. I guess Marvel works theses things a lot different than DC.

Thanks Sean as always for keeping us informed.

I know nothing about Thor but Biel enchants me! her and Natalie Portman in the same movie would require a title change from Thor to Nirvana.
