Movie Moan's Ultimate Bond-A-Thon (1962 - 2002)
Congratulations to my brothers and sisters in the United States. You waited the extra two weeks for the wonderful 'Skyfall' and hopefully kept yourself spoiler free in the process. Whether you've just come out of the film or you need to get yourself in the mood before you see it, Movie Moan is here to help.
So join Phil Gee and Jamie Williams as we do our retrospective commentary thing on all twenty official James Bond films from the original series from 'Dr. No' to 'Die Another Day'. Seven of these pieces have been released to you previously. The other thirteen are brand new. We really hope you enjoy them cause we will never tackle a project this huge again :)
And don't forget to join us next week for not only a spoiler filled discussion of 'Skyfall', but a retrospective conversation on Craig's other two Bond films.

I would have to say yes, Denise Richards is that bad. Her being more important to the plot than Halle Berry makes it even worse. Whenever she's saying something you just don't buy it. So it just comes off as laughable. That being said I still enjoy TWINE despite her because Sophie Marceau does such a good job.
Just got through all these. Great job, Jamie and Phil. Two things immediately pop out at me: Previously, I decried FOR YOUR EYES ONLY, but now I no longer feel any compunction about it considering your tepid response to GOLDFINGER, which imo is probably the most iconic Bond of them all :0) Chalk it up to different strokes for different folks.
Second, the GOLDENEYE score is indeed atrocious mood music, and the imo the Bond films suffer when they aren't accompanied by a traditional Bond score in the grand Barry tradition.
Just my opinions, of course. Great work, again.
